Holiday Recovery

You did it! You made it through the holiday! Congrats! If you are anything like me, there were extra calories involved and less exercise than I need daily. Sooooooo…….it is time to get moving!

Today includes resistance training, low intensity aerobics, healthy food choices, and lots of water.

First on deck, is stretching. I think we easily forget how important it is to stretch. Yes, we stretch before and after workouts, but it is a beautiful thing to stretch throughout the day too. Make it a point to stretch at least three (3) times each day outside of your workout. I set a reminder on my iPhone mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and before bed. Wow! What a difference it makes for me!
