Move it or lose it!

I think we have all heard "Move it or lose it." It could be in relation to an older sibling taunting you, or a crazy shopper armed with a cart at Walmart, or maybe in traffic. The truth of the matter is, it is a very valid statement when it comes to our health. Aerobics and resistance training really do have an impact on our bodies. If you want strong muscles or a healthy metabolism; you have to get moving. Our bodies adjust to what we demand of them. Start staking your claim on what you want and work for it. If you want to look good and feel good in 2020, the time is now.
